Click to check 'Run this program in compatibility mode for' box and select Windows 8.d. I saw in your earlier post where you had done this but I didn't know what it was or what the Framework1.1 does or controls so I was afraid to uninstall it. I am having the same trouble installing PrintMaster 16.
